What we collect
When you submit the report / help form, the following is stored.
- The display name you enter (a handle is fine)
- The request type, subject, mod name, and message body
- The language of the page you sent it from (Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese)
- The time it was sent and last updated
- A random identifier used to recognise return visits from the same device
IP addresses, browser type (User-Agent) and email addresses are not stored. The form has no field for contact details at all.
If you only browse, nothing is stored. No analytics tool is installed on this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message
- To let you read your own past conversations from the same device
- To correct and expand the mod entries on this site using what you tell us
Even when we act on what you send, we never publish the body of a message in a way that identifies who sent it.
Cookies
One signed cookie is used, so that your conversation history stays readable from the same device.

No advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies are used. You can delete this cookie in your browser settings; doing so hides your earlier conversations from the page.
Information sent to third parties
On some pages your browser contacts outside companies, in order to display content and to prevent abuse. The recipients and purposes are as follows.

Neither of these is received or stored by this site. No measurement tag that passes your browsing history to a third party is installed.
This site also runs on Cloudflare servers, so traffic to it passes through that company.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or hand over what you send to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
Retention, deletion and disclosure requests
Once a request has been dealt with and there is no further reason to keep it, the information becomes eligible for deletion.
If you want your own submission deleted or disclosed to you, please tell us through the contact route below. Writing from the same device you sent it from makes it much easier to identify the right conversation.
Secrecy of communications
The content of a conversation is visible only to the device that sent it and to the site owner. The owner does not disclose it to anyone else, as required by Article 4 of the Japanese Telecommunications Business Act.
